
Mark is a registered patent attorney whose varied legal experience includes working for one of the world’s largest intellectual property firms and working for a small intellectual property boutique firm. He has drafted and prosecuted patent applications for a number of both large and small corporate clients dealing with technologies in a variety of areas including artificial intelligence, cryptography, quantum computing, fintech, gaming, and automated vehicles.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Mark worked for small engineering companies including both an established IC design company as well as a groundbreaking Silicon Valley start-up with focuses on integrated circuit design, sensor and actuator systems, and software development.
Mark graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law where he received a scholarship as an IP Fellow as well as a High-Tech Law Certificate in Intellectual Property Law. Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time hiking and camping with his wife and son.
